The participation of SFedU in the research and education development project (CORE) became the next stage in the development of partnership relations between SFedU and DONG-A University (South Korea). Representatives of European and Latin American Universities also take part in this initiative.
On February 4, PhD Natalia Karpovskaya, acting director of the International Institute of Interdisciplinary Education and Ibero-American Studies, delivered an interactive online lecture Interethnic Dialogue through the prism of Intercultural Communication to the students of DONG-A University (South Korea).
The lecture was translated into Korean and the presentation itself was in English. According to the poll students liked that mode a lot. This format of lecture was proposed at the International Research-to-Practice Conference «International Conference for Ddadeutan (Warm) Educational Community Research and Practice» (Pusan, 2019) with the aim to enhance efficiency of visiting professors' performance.
This is not the first project in cooperation with South Korean universities in which SFedU participates. In 2019-2020 teaching staff of the International Institute of Interdisciplinary Education and Ibero-American Studies became part of the international research group "Educational environment Ddadetan" and our colleagues at the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy (SFedU) in another joint project carried out a cross-cultural psychological and pedagogical study dedicated to the public consciousness and cultural and social potential of Russian and Korean schoolchildren and teachers.
